WICHITA, Kansas (February 26, 2024) – Equity Bank announced the promotions of two individuals to new leadership positions within the company, including Regional CEO and the newly-created Senior Regional CEO. Equity also announced 15 other promotions.
Mark Parman, Equity Bank’s Regional CEO of Metro Markets, will assume the title of Senior Regional CEO and will work more closely with Equity Bank President, Rick Sems. Parman will continue to manage the Kansas City, Tulsa, and Wichita markets. Parman has been in leadership positions with Equity Bank since 2012.
Justin Harris, Equity Bank’s Regional President for the Ozark Mountain region, will assume the newly created position of Regional CEO, Community South. Harris will continue to lead the Ozark Mountain Region, as well as the Southeast Kansas market. Harris joined Equity in 2021 as President of Equity Bank in Harrison and has worked in a variety of roles throughout more than 20 years in the community banking industry.
Brad Daniel, Equity Bank’s Regional CEO of Community West, adds Central, Southwest, and Western Kansas to his regions of oversight. Daniel, a 20+ year banker, has been in leadership roles with Equity since 2018

Equity Bank announced these 15 promotions for 2024, which took effect following the February Board of Directors meeting.
Promoted to Senior Vice President
- Kirby Coale – Senior Vice President, Commercial Lender, KCHQ
Kirby came to Equity in August 2010 as a Credit Analyst and has been working in Commercial Lending since 2016. - Justin Kelly – Senior Vice President, Commercial Lender, KCHQ
Justin has been with Equity since January 2014, most recently serving as VP, Commercial Loans.
Promoted to Vice President
- Renee Dowell – Vice President, Metro Banking Coordinator, KCHQ
Renee began at Equity in 2007 as a Bank Manager and was most recently an AVP, Metro Banking Coordinator. - David Lo – Vice President, Trust Operations Manager, Wichita- Webb Road
David started with Equity as a Trust Operations Supervisor more than two years ago. - Jennifer Sizemore – Vice President, Mortgage Operations Manager, Wichita- Rock Road
Jennifer joined Equity in 2021 as a Mortgage Operations Manager. - Eric Tucker – Vice President, Customer Care Manager, Wichita- Rock Road
Eric has served as Equity’s Customer Care Manager since 2019. - Lizz Wilson – Vice President, Director of Loan Operations, Wichita- Rock Road
Lizz started at Equity in 2013 as a Loan Documentation Specialist and is now Director of Loan Operations. - Erin Winegar – Vice President, Regional Retail Operations Manager, Wichita- Rock Road
Erin joined Equity in 2021 as an AVP, Regional Retail Manager.
